We have two convenient delivery options available for most orders within Kuwait.

2-Hour Delivery

This expedited service is available for a selection of areas.

Shipping Fee

• 3.5 KD for all orders.
• The minimum order value is 10 KD.

This service is available in the following governorates and their respective areas:

• Asimah: Abdulla Al-Salem, Adailiya, Doha, Faiha, Kaifan, Khaldiya, Mansuriya, Nuzha, Qadsiya, Qurtuba, Rawda, Shamiya, Shuwaikh, Sulaibikhat, Surra
• Farwaniya: Abdullah Al-Mubarak, Andalous, Ardiya, Ashbelya, Farwaniya, Dhajeej, Fordous, Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, Khaitan, Omariya, Rabiya, Rai, Rihab, Sabah Al-Nasser
• Hawalli: Siddiq, Hawally, Hittin, Jabriya, Salam, Mishrif, Sha'ab, Shuhada, Zahra

Terms & Conditions

• This service is for selected cities only.
• Orders placed between 9:00 AM–1:00 PM or 8:00 PM–10:30 PM will be eligible for 2-hour delivery.
• The last delivery of the night will be at 12:30 AM.
• If you place an order outside of these working hours or during a Kuwaiti public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by promotional events, sales, or public holidays.

Within 24-Hour Delivery

This option is available for deliveries to all areas within Kuwait.

Shipping Fee

• 2 KD for orders with a value of 20 KD or less.
• Free shipping for orders with a value above 20 KD.
• The minimum order value is 10 KD.

Terms & Conditions

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered on the same day, except during Kuwaiti public holidays.
• If you place an order outside of working hours, after the cut-off time, or during a Kuwaiti public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by promotional events, sales, or public holidays.

iPhone 17 Preorder Delivery (September 2025)

For customers who have preordered the iPhone 17, deliveries will be handled by our in-house fleet in Kuwait.

• Your order will be delivered between 12:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
• To receive your order, you must present a visual copy of your online order to the driver.
• An ID copy of the person receiving the order is also required.
• Please note that any change of delivery location must be confirmed by Gait Customer Service.

General Delivery & Cancellation

Delivery Process

Once your order is ready, a customer service agent will contact you to schedule a delivery time. If no one is available to receive the order at the specified address, you will have the option to arrange an alternative delivery date or receive information on how to collect your products.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Gait Customer Service. We process orders immediately, so it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched.

• You can cancel your order free of charge and receive a full refund as long as it has not yet been marked as "Processing" in our online tracking system.
• If the order is already in the "Processing" stage, you will need to follow our returns and refunds process after the item has been delivered.
