September 2024 iPhone 16 Preorder Delivery

  • Deliveries will be done via our in-house fleet in Kuwait
  • Expect delivery of your order will be between 12:00 PM and 10:00 PM on the 20th of September.
  • Once your order is placed, address cannot be changed unless communicated using the email address used to place the order
  • A visual copy of the online order to be shared with the driver upon delivery.
  • ID copy of the person receiving the order is required

       2 Hours Delivery (Selected Areas)

       Within 24 hours of delivery (We deliver to all areas),

Shipping Fees

2 Hours Delivery:

  • 3KD for all orders
  • Minimum order value is 10KD.

 

 T&C:

  • 2h delivery is available for selected cities
  • Orders placed between 9.00 am – 1.00 pm (Customer cut off) 2hrs delivery.
  • Orders placed between 8.00 pm – 10.30 pm (Customer cut off) 2hrs delivery. Last delivery before 12.30 am.
  •  Orders placed outside working hours, after the cut-off time and/or during any Kuwait public holiday will be deemed placed on the first Kuwaiti working day following the Order's submission.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your order or request postponement.
  • Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season and public holidays.
  • Once your order is ready for delivery, our customer service agents will contact you to schedule the date/hour of the delivery at your convenience.

 

Within 24H Delivery:

  • The shipping fee is 2KD for orders equal or below 20KD.
  • Above 20KD, the shipping is free of charge. 
  • Minimum order value is 10KD.

 T&C:

  • Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered the same day (Except during Kuwait public holidays). 
  •  Orders placed outside working hours, after the cut-off time and/or during any Kuwait public holiday will be deemed placed on the first Kuwaiti working day following the Order's submission.

 Delivery Process

If there is no one at the address given who is able and competent to accept delivery of the products, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of the products.

 

Cancellation

 If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Company’s Customer Service through any of the listed channels.

As the Company tries to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched.

 You may contact us at any time prior to your Order being marked as “Processing" on our online order tracking system to cancel it. If you do so, we will at your request either:

  •  cancel it free of charge and issue you with a full refund; or
  •  do our best to change it, subject to stock availability and any applicable price adjustment.

If the order has been processed, please await delivery and use the Returns and Refunds process.
