NBK FlexiPay terms and conditions
1.All NBK credit cardholders with the revolving payment option are eligible for this service, excluding NBK Classic, Gold, Titanium, Laki Titanium and Diners Club credit cards.
2.Customers using charge cards and debit cards are not eligible for this service.
3.NBK FlexiPay can be used through the NBK FlexiPay terminal in Gait showrooms.
4.The service is offered for a 12 month tenure only, and the number of months cannot be adjusted.
5.The minimum amount to use the service is KD 150 per purchase.
6.No maximum limit is set.
7.The full purchase amount is held by the bank on the credit card, and the monthly amounts are released back as the customer pays them.
8.After the FlexiPay transaction completes, the customer is told whether the conversion to twelve monthly instalments was approved or rejected.
9.If approved, the customer pays in twelve monthly instalments at 0% interest.
10.If rejected, the full purchase amount is deducted from the credit card as an ordinary purchase.
11.Customers can check their card eligibility by calling the NBK toll free number 1801801.
12.A customer may request early settlement at any time through the NBK call centre only, on 1801801.
13.NBK reserves the right to reject any request without justification, and Gait is not liable for any claim arising from a rejection.
14.A partial return of a FlexiPay transaction may cause NBK to cancel the instalment plan.
