Are the products sold in gait.com.kw authentic?

All Products sold at Gait are genuine and we don’t offer counterfeit products. If any Products are found to be counterfeit, a 100% Return & Refund Guarantee applies.

 

Is the information provided at gait.com.kw accurate?

The Company is not the manufacturer of the Products sold via the Website. We do our best to ensure that the information provided on the Website is accurate, but we do warrant that it is accurate, complete, reliable, current, and/or error-free. You should not rely solely on the information presented on the Website, and you should read labels, warnings and directions provided with the Product.

Moreover, The Company has made every effort to display the colors, specifications and dimensions of Products on the Website as accurately as possible. The colors you see depend on the resolution of your monitor; the Company cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will reflect accurately the color of the Product delivered.

The Company may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of Products displayed on the Website without prior notice.

How to shop and place a new order?

Shopping with gait.com.kw is easy and simple. Browse the site via the categories available, i.e. iPad Pro, MacBook Air, iPhone SE, etc. or through the search bar. Click on your desired item, select the colour and size and click ‘Add to cart’. Your selected item will appear in your shopping bag on the top right of the page. Continue shopping by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" icon. When you are ready to place your order, re-check your Shopping Bag and select Proceed to Checkout. Select your shipping address and choose your payment method to complete the checkout.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No need to create an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest. To do so, go to the checkout, and in the login step, select the option "Guest”.

 

What payment methods does gait.com.kw accepts?

Making a payment with Gait couldn't be easier. At gait.com.kw you can pay with multiple options as,

Knet, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Pay on delivery (with Cash or with Knet/debit card).

 

My credit card details were rejected, what should I do?

Double check that you put your correct credit card details or contact your bank/ provider for more details.

How do I change my shipping address?

How much is the cost of shipping and return?

We are glad to offer you free shipping for items above 25KD and free returns on all products for up to 15 days upon purchase.

 

Where does gait.com.kw deliver to?

Currently, we are only delivering in Kuwait and do not ship or deliver internationally. 

 

I have not received my order, what should I do?

We are doing our best to deliver your order to your doors as quick as possible.

Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season and public holidays. Therefore, gait.com.kw is not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons that are outside of our reasonable control.

Once your order is ready for delivery, our customer service will contact you to schedule the date/hour of the delivery at your convenience. 

 

How can I return an item and how long does it takes?

Can I use my store credit when shopping online?

Our store credit can only be used in our physical showroom.

 

Will my personal information be confidential?

We take data protection very seriously here at Trafalgar. Information you provide to us via our Website is stored on secure servers. However, kindly note that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account user name and password and for preventing unauthorized access to your profile. In incident of account creation, kindly note that you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and take all necessary steps to ensure that the user name and password is kept confidential and secure. Please inform the Company immediately if you have any reason to believe that your user name and/or password has become known to anyone else, or are being, or are likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner.

 

What to do if my item is faulty?

We at Gait, provide the highest quality services and products to our customers. So, if your product is damaged or has a fault, kindly reach out to our customer care team from 10am to 10pm (except Fridays and Bank Holidays) by email on info@gait.com.kw 

If your purchased item is an Apple product, you are entitled for a 1 year of warranty from the date of activation and may return your faulty Apple item within 24 hours from time of purchase to a Gait showroom.

However, kindly note that the warranty does not cover misuse of device, improper installation, breakage and spillage of fluids or other repairs arranged outside of Apple Authorized Service Center
